SACO's specialist travel agency is a winning formula

SACO's own specialist travel agency is attracting huge interest from business and leisure travellers, having secured more than 100,000 bookings since its launch in August.

Based in Lambs Conduit Street in Holborn, London, the agency is dedicated to providing information and advice on its network of 12,000 serviced apartments across 35 countries to help customers find the accommodation which best matches their needs.

This additional service – the first of its kind for serviced accommodation in the UK – ensures that booking an apartment is as convenient as possible, providing customers with a choice of how to book whether it be face-to-face, over the phone or online.

The agency receives 70 per cent of its custom from people who have made a special visit to discuss, plan and tailor their trip, with the remaining bookings resulting from passing trade.
